Useless for pulling video in a Mac friendly format

This is a viewer only. The problem I am having with AvertX is, pulling footage OFF the NVR to turn over to police, etc…

AvertX Hardware is great, but below are the bigger issues that need fixed.

1.) Windows only browser integration. Why? It is 2015. NO ONE should be developing for ActivX only browser controls. Even QSee has Mac/Safari integration.
2.) No MP4 format that is Mac friendly. If you can figure out how to get AVI versions, that is great, but still need VLC.
3.) Does not provide for a true “Headless” NVR/Security system.

Other Viewer issue. Even on the LOCAL LAN, it sometimes takes forever to begin playback of an event.

In short, AvertX software accross the board is a fail.
